Exercise TV

By MAD21

If you have ever wished you could find a really good workout video without having to buy them, especially since there are SO many really bad ones out there? Have I got the website for YOU!

Exercise TV has the best workout videos I've ever seen online. Naturally they have videos you can buy, but they have a whole lot of videos you can watch for free. Which really comes in handy when you want to do a quick workout and you are away from your gym or television. These are great if you are on a business trip, on vacation, don't have a gym membership, or you just like to have a wide variety of choices of workouts, and new workouts.

Go. Get off the couch... or away from your computer :o)

Hungry Girl

By MAD21

A great website to check out for good deals, coupons, food advice and information is "Hungry Girl" where they have,"Tips and Tricks for Hungry Chicks."

Some of the topics they cover are, "Diet and Nutrition Headlines." "Fabulous finds and disastrous discoveries revealed...Eat 'em up!" "Dishing out Advice." Etc.

For example, right now they have a news story on some new items that were spotted at the grocery store. They purchased them, tried them out, and then wrote about what what they thought about the product.

Go check it out. Stop being hungry. Or at least get advice on what to eat so you aren't hungry!

Recipe Resources

By MAD21

Have you ever found yourself trying to decide what to make for a meal, and you only have a few food items to choose from because you haven't gone grocery shopping in two weeks? Cook Think is a great website where you can go and type in a food or spice and it will give you recipe ideas that include those ingredients. I've used it several times and have found some new favorites that our family likes to eat. Try it out:

Food.com is a site that will let you do recipe searches across several different recipe sites. It's a brand new site that is still being tested. They want you to sign in with your email and a password before accessing their site, but it's worth a try.
