Awesome quote! It is so true. It reminds me of a statement that Jillian made on "The Biggest Loser" last night: "Make a different choice. If you don't, no one can help you!" Sometimes it takes hitting "rock bottom" to open our eyes to see the different choices that we need to make!
Completely agree with that quote!
